About the Role
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to grow your career in E-commerce? We are seeking a Japanese Bilingual Virtual Assistant to help manage and scale our Amazon stores.

We aren't just looking for someone to "input data." We need an Operations Specialist who wants to master the mechanics of the Amazon Marketplace and keep our business running like a well-oiled machine. If you are a problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise, you are exactly who we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
-Amazon Store Management: Learn to navigate Amazon Seller Central to monitor account health and store performance.
-Financial & Profit Tracking: Track daily sales, calculate profit margins, and update inventory grids using Excel/Google Sheets.
-Logistics & Fulfillment: Coordinate shipping and operations using tools like ShipStation and Sellerise.
-Bilingual Communication: Provide regular updates and business reports in Fluent Japanese.
-Customer Excellence: Handle customer inquiries and manage Product Reviews to maintain high seller ratings.
-Account Health: Proactively monitor the store for any compliance issues or listing errors.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
-Language Proficiency: Native or Near-Native Japanese (N1/N2 level) + Fluent English.
-Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and basic formulas in spreadsheets.
-Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify opportunities for business growth.
-Tech-Savvy: Fast learner capable of picking up new E-commerce software and workflows quickly.
-Reliability: High attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines.

Preferred (But Not Required)
-Experience with Amazon FBA/FBM operations.
-Familiarity with ShipStation, Sellerise, or Helium 10.
-Previous experience as an E-commerce VA or in a Bilingual Customer Support role.
