The Role
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Project Manager to join our remote team on a part-time basis. You will be taking over project management duties from our Operations Manager, ensuring that our web and app development projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and exceed client expectations.

Because this role involves direct communication with our UK-based customers, exceptional English speaking and writing skills are absolutely essential. You will be the bridge between our talented development team and our clients, translating technical concepts into plain English and keeping everyone aligned.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Communication: Lead calls and meetings with UK customers to discuss project requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.
• Project Tracking: Oversee the lifecycle of web design (WordPress, Laravel) and app development (Flutter) projects from inception to launch.
• Resource Coordination: Liaise with our designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet Dorset Tech's rigorous quality standards before they are presented to the client.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our current project management workflows and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements
• Agency Experience: Proven experience working as a Project Manager within a web design, digital marketing, or app development agency.
• Exceptional English: Great spoken and written English. You must be confident and articulate when speaking with UK clients on video or voice calls.
• Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of web technologies, particularly WordPress. Familiarity with Laravel, WooCommerce, or mobile app development is a significant advantage.
• Availability: Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM UK time, Monday through Friday.
• Organisation: Great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
