I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to help scale TikTok ad campaigns daily across multiple ad accounts.
You'll be working in TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center, helping me deploy proven winning creatives across many accounts to scale spend. This is NOT a creative role — I make the ads, you scale them. Clear SOPs and a Loom video walkthrough will be provided.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Duplicate winning campaigns across multiple ad accounts in Business Center
Verify the bid cap is set correctly ($0.19) before launching every single campaign
Upload Spark codes I provide to new campaigns
Monitor active campaigns and flag any that get banned or rejected
Update a tracking sheet daily with launches, spend, and performance
Pause underperforming campaigns based on simple rules I'll give you
Top up ad accounts when needed
Send daily updates on what was launched and results

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

5+ hours daily availability, ideally full time
Strong written English
Reliable internet and a proper computer (not a phone or tablet)
