Ai Automation Specialist

I am looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to design and implement workflow automations that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and connect business systems.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain automations using n8n, Zapier, or Make
Connect APIs, webhooks, CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal tools
Develop AI-powered workflows using OpenAI APIs, agents, and LLM integrations

Create and manage automations for:
Managing and optimizing existing workflows
Building new workflow automations from scratch
AI content creation and publishing automations
Lead capture and follow-up systems
Data processing and reporting workflows
API, webhook, and tool integrations
Troubleshoot and optimize workflows for reliability and scale

Requirements
Experience building automations with n8n, zapier or make
Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and logic mapping
Experience with AI tools and integrations
Bonus if familiar with scraping, databases, and agent workflows

Error handling and monitoring
Prompt engineering
Process optimization
Documentation / SOP building


Open to hourly or project-based rates ($5–$10/hr for junior-mid level, negotiable based on experience).
