We’re looking for a full-time media buyer who's got TONS of experience to manage and scale ad campaigns for our clients: high-ticket online coaches. We're partnered with some of the fastest scaling coaching businesses in the US and Canada, and you'll be managing 40-50 client accounts on a daily basis.

What you’ll do:

- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Test creatives, angles, and funnels
- Track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Work directly with our team to scale client accounts

You’re a good fit if you:

- Have proven results with Meta ads (especially lead gen)
- Understand high-ticket funnels + buyer psychology
- Care about ROI, not vanity metrics
- Can operate fast without constant hand-holding

This is a full-time, 40h/week, role. The ability to work in EST timezone is a requirement.

Compensation:
- $800/month base + performance bonuses (up to ~$2,000/month)
