Video Editor / Professional Clipper

Editors will receive access to a Google Drive folder with raw footage, performances, skits, BTS clips, and other content. You must find the best viral ---------- nts, edit them into high-energy YouTube Shorts, and post them to assigned YouTube accounts.

Each Short must include:

Strong hook in the first 1–3 seconds
Captions
Sound effects
Music or viral audio when appropriate
Zooms, hype effects, ---------- s, or intensity edits
Strong title
Exactly 4 hashtags, including #JasperBoyz
Tag/funnel viewers to the official JasperBoyz YouTube channel
Final edited file uploaded back into Google Drive
Important Requirements

This is not a basic cut-and-post job. Every clip must be edited and transformed enough to follow YouTube reused content and monetization policies.

Editors must protect all client materials. You may not share, reuse, repost, leak, download for personal use, or outsource JasperBoyz footage or account access without written permission.

This role may include time tracking, posting logs, edit reviews, Drive monitoring, and quality checks.

Must Have
Experience editing YouTube Shorts, TikToks, or Reels
Strong caption, pacing, music, and sound effect skills
Ability to find viral ---------- nts from raw footage
Understanding of YouTube monetization safety
Reliable daily communication
Ability to meet 5 Shorts per day
