Sales & Customer Support (Lead Generation & Booking | Laundromat Business

We are a growing laundromat business preparing to expand our services and are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support sales outreach and customer operations.

This role focuses on helping us generate new customers, manage inquiries, and support daily business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to local businesses (apartments, gyms, salons, Airbnb hosts) to introduce our laundry services
- Follow up with leads and help convert them into customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Assist with booking and scheduling pickup & delivery orders
- Send review requests and manage customer feedback
- Support basic social media posting and engagement

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or customer support
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following scripts and processes

Nice to Have:
- Experience with lead generation or sales
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Experience working with U.S.-based businesses

Compensation:
- $5–$7/hour depending on experience
- Performance bonuses based on results (new customers, bookings, etc.)

Schedule:
- Part-time to start (approx. 4 hours/day)
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role

We are looking for someone long-term who wants to grow with the business as we expand.
