Medical Billing Consulting Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant (Healthcare B2B)

We are a growing medical billing, credentialing, contracting, and revenue cycle consulting company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant or lead generation specialist to help us grow our client base.

Our company supports medical practices across multiple specialties (ABA, mental health, physical therapy, podiatry, primary care, and more) by improving revenue through billing optimization, credentialing, insurance contracting, AR cleanup, and payer strategy.

We are looking for someone who can help us consistently build qualified leads, support outreach, and keep our pipeline organized.

Responsibilities:
Research private practices, clinics, and provider groups in targeted specialties
Build accurate lead lists using Google, LinkedIn, Apollo, directories, and other tools
Find decision-maker contact information (owners, office managers, administrators)
Organize leads in spreadsheets or CRM
Support cold email and outreach campaigns
Track follow-ups, responses, and lead status
Assist with LinkedIn or social outreach when needed
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Lead generation
Virtual assistance
Cold email outreach
LinkedIn prospecting
CRM or spreadsheet management
Strong written English
Healthcare or medical industry experience preferred
Experience using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus

We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and dependable — not just someone who copies and pastes data.

Initial Scope:

This will begin as a trial project (1–3 months) with potential for ongoing work based on performance.
