Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Real Content – No AI/Stock Posts)

We run a fast-growing IT and security company in Florida and are looking for someone to take over our content and social media presence.

This is NOT a generic posting job.

We want someone who can turn real job footage, photos, and ideas into high-quality content that builds trust and generates leads.

What You’ll Do:

* Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Facebook)
* Create clean, modern graphics (not templated spam)
* Write engaging captions (human tone, not robotic)
* Schedule and manage posts across platforms
* Help build a strong, premium brand presence

What We DON’T Want:

* AI-generated images
* Generic Canva templates
* Copy/paste captions
* “Motivational” or filler content

What We DO Want:

* Strong video editing skills
* Clean graphic design sense
* Ability to follow a brand style
* Someone who understands local/service businesses

Bonus if you:

* Have worked with home services, IT, or contractors
* Understand lead generation content
* Can suggest content ideas based on real work
