Surplus Funds Cold Caller/Client Support

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with strong phone sales experience to cold call vetted property owners regarding public property records and inform them of the surplus funds claims process. We work with a legal team on every claim - so once vetted - the hired VA will schedule the client on the law firms calendar - for followup and closure.
This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle objections professionally. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate, legal intake, or financial services and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
