Video Editing Gig Work

I’m looking for a reliable video editor for real estate YouTube content (gig work).

Projects will be assigned as needed, typically around 4 videos per month.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (clear communication + captions)

Experience editing YouTube videos (8–12 minutes)

Comfortable editing talking-head content using my B-roll effectively

Ability to use creative editing to enhance storytelling and keep viewers engaged

Quick turnaround (48 hours per video)

Responsive and dependable

Compensation:

$6 per raw minute of footage provided

Raw footage is typically 10–12 minutes per video

Footage is clean and pre-trimmed (filler words and long pauses already removed)

Example: 10 minutes raw footage = $60

Gig-based work, typically 4 videos per month
