Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Outreach, Cold Calling & Lead Generation (Long-Term)

Work Hours: Full-Time (Flexible, must overlap with US Eastern hours)
Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our outreach, lead generation, and customer service efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to manage both sales-related tasks and customer support interactions across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media
- Perform cold calls and follow up with leads
- Generate and qualify new leads
- Respond to messages on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Monitor and reply to customer reviews professionally
- Keep lead data organized in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Assist with basic admin tasks related to outreach and client communication

Requirements:

- Experience in outreach, cold calling, and/or lead generation
- Strong English communication (written and spoken)
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Experience handling social media messages and customer responses
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
