Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and confident individual to join client calls and interviews on behalf of our development team.
In this role, you will represent a US-based developer profile, communicate with clients, and clearly explain technical concepts. You will have full technical support and access to tools during discussions.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a solid technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Attend client calls and interviews
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Explain technical concepts (React, Python, general development topics)
Collaborate with our internal team for support during calls
Represent our team confidently in client-facing situations
Requirements
English Proficiency (Critical)
You must have native or near-native English proficiency (US/UK standard), with excellent grammar, strong vocabulary, and clear pronunciation.
A neutral or standard US/UK accent is required, as this role involves representing a US-based developer profile in client-facing interactions.
Technical Background
Experience with React and Python is preferred
Technical support will be available during interviews, and you may use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) if needed
Candidates with 3+ years of experience in the IT industry may also be considered, even without deep expertise in React or Python, as long as they can effectively leverage available tools during live discussions
Bonus
5+ years of experience with React and Python is a strong advantage
Prior experience in client-facing roles or remote work
Availability
Must be available during US working hours
Ability to join meetings on short notice (within 2 hours) is preferred but not required

This role focuses on communication and presentation skills, not heavy coding during calls. You will have technical support available to assist you when needed.
