AI Deployment Specialist - OpenClaw

Our team is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Offshore Deployment Specialist to join us in delivering exceptional client implementations.

**Role Overview**
You'll assist in deploying our AI solutions for clients, handling technical setup, integrations, and ensuring smooth onboarding. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, technology, and delivering real value to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in deploying XoomAgent™ and related AI solutions for clients
- Configure integrations with third-party tools (CRM, email, calendars, etc.)
- Set up and test client environments (cloud/on-premise)
- Create documentation and training materials for clients
- Provide technical support during onboarding
- Collaborate with the team to improve deployment processes
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)

**Requirements**
- 1+ year of experience in technical support, deployment, or IT roles
- Experience with AI platforms such as Claude & OpenAI
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow documented processes and work independently
- Good communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Basic understanding of APIs, web services, or cloud platforms (a plus)
- Willingness to learn AI/agent technology

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Google APIs, or similar
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, ---------- )
- Basic HTML/CSS or scripting experience
- Previous experience in a SaaS or tech company
