Support person with strong technical abilities, Filipino night shift

We are looking for 2 people with strong problem solving skills who can work in a technical support role.

It would help if the person were competent in c# and/or Typescript and/or Server level management programmers that can work full time.

We need for the shift, Filipino time, Midnight:30 to 9am with a half hour lunch, or Midnight to 9 if you want a 1 hour lunch. If you don't enjoy working 'the night shift', then his is not the job for you. On a day to day basis, you can start later and end later or take a longer break and end later, that works too.

We are an established but small software SaaS company (2003). We have successfully had Filipino workers long term on our team (the 1st started with us many years before COVID-19) as well as developers in Brazil and India. We've been with onlinejobs.ph a long time though our account seems to reset each time we put things on pause until our next hiring so it says we've only been active since 2025.

Your written and verbal English needs to be good enough to communicate with an international development team, 3/4 of which are ESL, 1/4 are native English. Being able to communicate in tea ---------- etings with customers 'sufficiently', but 75% of communication will be by typing not verbal.

On average our hope is you will end up spending about 25% your time building events, actions, automations and reports using our toolset which has scripting very important for customer assistance, and the other 75% in direct support, using much the same skills.

We use C#, Javascript, Typescipt, MS SQL, Postgres SQL currently

Our listed rate is for 40,000php assuming you show intermediate level skills and experience.

If you are a beginner but show strong potential we may consider you but at a lower rate.

If you show extremely strong potential, and are experienced, we may consider a rate up to 70,000php
