Job: AI Avatar Video Editor (Long-Term)

I need a long-term editor to replicate short-form avatar videos. 5 videos per day, 7 days a week.

What you do:
- Replicate existing videos from my account 1-to-1 with a new avatar
- Tools: HeyGen, Kling, ElevenLabs, CapCut Pro
- Realism is what matters most — final video must feel as natural as the original

Pay:
- $7 per video, paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
- Long-term role for the right person
- More volume + higher pay possible if quality stays consistent
- Future opportunity to graduate from replication to producing the main videos at significantly higher pay
