About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and consistent Virtual Assistant to help create short “how-to” / tutorial videos for a faceless YouTube channel. This is a simple, structured role focused on following clear instructions and producing content at scale.
You will be responsible for creating short videos (1–2 minutes) by following a provided workflow. No advanced editing or creative skills are required—just consistency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
* Create 120 short tutorial videos per month (1–2 minutes each)
* Follow provided keywords/topics and reference videos
* Recreate similar content by following the same steps (not copying exactly, but achieving the same outcome)
* Record videos using your own voice in clear English
* Perform basic editing:
-Cut intro/outro
-Remove silence
* Customize thumbnails using a ready-made Canva template:
-Update title text
-Replace app/software logos

Your job is simply to follow the process and deliver consistent results.

Requirements:
* Good spoken English (for voice recording)
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks
* Ability to follow instructions precisely
* Strong time management and deadline commitment
* Basic familiarity with simple video editing tools (e.g., CapCut or any similar tool you are comfortable with)
* Basic familiarity with Canva (or similar design tools) for editing thumbnails
* You must have a PC and a smartphone
* It is a strong advantage if you have both Android and iPhone devices, as some videos require one or the other

Compensation:
* $1 per completed video
* 120 videos per month
* Initial contract: 2 months (part-time)
* Opportunity to transition into a full-time role with higher volume if performance is good
