About the Role
We are rapidly scaling our team and are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Specialist to own the entire recruitment and employment process from end to end. This is a high-impact role that will help us hire, onboard, and retain top talent as we grow from 30+ to 100+ estimators in the coming months.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
• Post job ads, manage applicant tracking, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments for estimator and support roles.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws.
• Lead the onboarding process for new tea ---------- mbers, including coordination with the Training Academy.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and retention initiatives.
• Continuously improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Assist with general HR administration and reporting as needed.

What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of hands-on recruitment and HR experience, ideally supporting fast-growing teams.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment (10–20 hires per month).
• Strong experience hiring for technical or BPO roles (construction/estimating experience is a big advantage).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience working with Australian companies or managing offshore (Philippine) talent is highly preferred.
