Virtual Assistant Needed For Growing Home Wellness Business

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant based in the Philippines to support my Brisbane based business, Centred Spaces. Hours are approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase over time for the right person.

We help busy women and families create calmer homes through low tox cleaning, decluttering, organising and simple home systems.

The role will include:
Gmail inbox support
Responding to online enquiries
Updating client information
Helping with Wix lead forms
Organising Notion and Google Drive
Sending invoices in Xero
Simple admin tasks
Following up leads and clients
Helping create smoother internal systems

I’m looking for someone who is:
Reliable
Warm and professional
Detail focused
Proactive
Confident with online tools
A clear communicator
Comfortable working independently

Experience with Gmail, Wix, Notion, Google Drive, Canva or Xero would be helpful.

This would start as a paid trial, with the goal of becoming an ongoing role for the right person.
