Inbound calling personality

Hi there,
We are creating a new company that is looking to take overflow calls from New Zealand for small medium sized businesses.
Essentially you will be answering the phone through your browser and your own head set from your own chosen location, (quiet is best).
And be friendly and empathetic to whomever is calling and ask a list of scripted questions.
You will need to have a great grasp of English and understand the NZ accent.
Active listening skills are a must!!! and the ability to clarify requests and put people at ease is required.
We are a start up and are looking for 2 people for this round of recruitment with the possibility for huge growth in the near future.
We have 2 full time shifts to fill Monday to Friday
1. Starts at 3am Manila Time and goes through to 11am
2. Starts at 11am Manila time and goes through to 7pm
