Lead Manager (Real Estate Land Investing)

Overview
We are a new U.S.-based land investment company looking for a Lead Manager to handle follow-up with property owners who have been contacted through our cold calling campaigns. Your role is to build relationships, gather information, and identify motivated sellers—not to negotiate or close deals.

This is a long-term follow-up role focused on consistency and organization.

What You’ll Do
- Follow up with landowners via phone, text, and email
- Build rapport and have natural, friendly conversations (no pressure selling)
- Gather key details about the property:
- Ownership status
- Asking price (if any)
- Motivation for selling
- Timeline to sell
- Property details (access, utilities, etc.)
- Tag and update leads inside our CRM
- Consistently follow up with leads over weeks/months
- Identify “hot” or motivated sellers and pass them to the acquisitions team
- Schedule calls/appointments when needed

What This Role Is NOT
- You are NOT responsible for negotiating deals or making offers
- You are NOT expected to close sellers

Ideal Candidate
- Strong spoken English with a friendly, conversational tone
- Experience in real estate, cold calling, or lead follow-up (land experience is a plus)
- Patient and persistent (land deals often take multiple follow-ups)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with U.S. property owners
- Able to work U.S. hours (Eastern Time preferred)

Compensation
- Base pay (hourly)
- Performance bonuses for Leads that convert to deals (optional bonus)

- Dialer system
- SMS/email follow-up tools

Working Hours
- Must overlap with U.S. business hours (Eastern Time)
