Bilingual Dental Appointment Setter — US Implant Practice ($4-5/hr + bonuses)

We're 5D Smiles — a dental implant + sleep medicine practice in Downey, California — hiring a remote bilingual (English + Spanish) Appointment Setter to call warm dental implant + sleep apnea leads.

This is NOT a low-touch dialer-spam role. We don't do robocalls, we don't read scripts cold, and we don't pay per-dial. You'll call warm leads (Facebook, Instagram, GHL inbound) who already raised their hand for a consult. Your job: book the consult, build trust on the phone, and hand off to the practice.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:
- Outbound calls to warm leads (FB + IG inquiries, GHL, paid traffic)
- Qualify (sleep apnea / dental implant / cosmetic interest)
- Book consultations on the practice calendar
- Bilingual handoff (about half our patient base is Spanish-first)
- SMS + email follow-up when leads don't pick up
- Log every call in Open Dental + GHL
- Coordinate with billing VA on insurance verification

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1+ years outbound call center or appointment setting experience
- Fluent English AND Spanish (bilingual non-negotiable for our patient base)
- Comfortable on the phone all day (this is phone-heavy, not chat)
- High-ticket consultative selling experience (bonus)
- AI-curious — we use ChatGPT/Claude to prep for calls and you'll learn the workflow
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, USB headset
- Available 40hrs/week US Pacific time
