Atlas Systems helps small business owners overwhelmed by debt restructure and negotiate a path forward. Our clients come to us when cash flow is tight and pressure is high. We provide real solutions that save businesses.

We are implementing a Loom-to-Zoom sales system where prospects are pre-sold before the Zoom call. We need someone to run this system.

Your Role

You will manage all booked sales calls and ensure every prospect is pre-qualified, pre-educated, and ready to close before they ever speak to us.

You are responsible for turning booked calls into high-quality, ready-to-close conversations.

Daily Responsibilities
Monitor new booked calls
Record and send personalized Loom videos to each prospect
Follow a script to explain our service, process, and pricing
Qualify prospects before the call
Send reminders and follow-ups
Reduce no-shows
Update CRM notes
Communicate which prospects are strong / weak before the call
What We’re Looking For

You must:

Speak excellent English
Be comfortable on camera (recording Loom videos daily)
Understand sales psychology
Be organized and proactive
Be available during US business hours

Big Plus:

Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Experience with Loom, Calendly, and CRMs
Sales support or appointment setting background

Pay

$800–$1,000/month depending on experience, with performance bonuses.
