Hourly rate + commission - outbound sales representative

I’m looking to hire a virtual sales assistant to do cold outreach targeting 50 prospects per week to book a demo meeting with myself. This will include a combination of calls, SMS, an email. I will provide the cold prospect list of 50 prospects each week and I will provide the virtual sales assistant access to the RealRep Elite sales tool to complete these tasks. They need to ensure that when they call Australian-based prospects, it shows an Australian phone number. Looking for a virtual sales assistant to start 20 hours per week at $6 Australian dollars per hour, along with commissions provided whenever an enterprise solution is sold to a customer ($100 Australian dollars per sold customer). First month will be a trial at $3 Australian dollars per hour. If book 6-12 meetings in that month, hourly pay will increase to $6 Australian dollars.
