JOB OVERVIEW

**Position: Investor Acquisition Manager (Wholesale + Novation)**

We are a high-volume real estate investment company looking for a closer who can handle inbound and outbound seller leads and convert them into signed contracts.

You MUST understand:

* Wholesale real estate (ARV, MAO, assignments)
* Novation agreements
* Talking to distressed sellers

Responsibilities:

* Call inbound leads within minutes (speed is everything)
* Close deals over the phone
* Build rapport quickly and handle objections
* Lock up contracts and push deals to disposition

Compensation:

* Commission per deal (plus optional base depending on experience)
* High earning potential with strong lead flow

Requirements:

* Proven closing experience (real estate preferred)
* Strong communication + urgency
* Comfortable working leads daily (calls, texts, follow-ups)

Bonus:

* Experience with Go High Level (GHL)
* Experience talking to agents for off-market deals
