Scan to Bim LiDAR Post Processing Technician or Engineer

We are looking for a Bim Modeller for large Point Cloud Processing that was surveyed with the Trimble T8X 3D Scanner (LiDAR scanner), which uses file extension *.tzf and *.tcf.

Either a technician or and experienced engineer. A Bim Modeller

Kindly advise which software you are well familiar with, and also which software do you have to do this job if you are chosen
