We run a busy café + events business in Western Australia and we’re looking for someone who can create content that actually makes people want to come in.

This is NOT a basic VA role.
We are looking for someone creative who understands Reels, trends, and real human content.

???? WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create Instagram Reels + TikToks from our phone footage
Edit content so it feels real, natural, and engaging (not overproduced)
Keep up with social media trends and adapt them to our brand
Build a monthly content calendar
Write short, strong captions (no fluff, no AI feel)
Tell us what content we need to film each week
Schedule posts

You MUST:

Have excellent English
Be creative (not just following templates)
Understand hospitality / food content
Know how to make content feel human, not corporate
Be proactive — we don’t want someone waiting to be told everything
