AutoCAD / Revit Draftsman — Remote, Hourly — Dubai Residential Projects

A Dubai-based premium residential design-build firm is hiring 2 remote draftsmen immediately to support an active pipeline of high-end villa projects across the UAE.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON:
- Architectural Shop Drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details)
- Landscape Shop Drawings (hardscape paving, softscape planting, lighting layouts)
- Structural and MEP coordination drawings, DWF export sets
- As-built drawings and revisions from site markups

Approximately 40-45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Revit proficiency a strong plus
- Portfolio of residential villa or shop-drawing work
- Fluent English (written)
- Reliable internet, dedicated workstation with AutoCAD installed
- Daily overlap with UAE timezone — 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Gulf Standard Time minimum
- Disciplined daily reporting: morning plan + end-of-day PDF delivery
- Comfortable working on coded files where client identifiers are masked
