About the Role
We are a growing U.S.-based cleaning and home services company looking for a sales-driven Virtual Assistant who can confidently handle inbound leads, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into booked jobs.
This is not an admin-only role — your main responsibility is to close deals, fill the schedule, and drive revenue, while also supporting basic admin tasks.
We’re looking for someone who moves with urgency, communicates confidently, and takes ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from U.S.-based customers
Respond to new leads quickly (goal: within 5 minutes)
Follow up with all leads daily until booked or closed
Confidently pitch cleaning services and pricing
Convert inquiries into booked jobs (strong closer mindset)
Handle objections (pricing, timing, trust concerns) professionally
Schedule and reschedule cleanings efficiently
Keep CRM updated with accurate notes and lead tracking
Monitor and respond to messages
Support weekend operations and help fill open schedule gaps
Performance Expectations:
Strong close rate on inbound leads
Fast response time during shift
Consistent daily follow-ups
High activity (calls, texts, updates)
Accurate CRM tracking and notes
Primary goal: booked jobs & fully scheduled cleaners
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English with clear, confident communication
Proven sales or closing experience (phone sales preferred)
Comfortable talking to U.S. customers and building rapport
Strong objection-handling skills
Results-driven mindset (not just task-based)
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Able to multitask (calls, CRM, scheduling) in real time
Self-motivated and reliable
Cleaning or home services experience is a plus
Work Expectations:
Must be available during Arizona business hours
Must work weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
Punctual, responsive, and fully engaged during shift
Quiet workspace with no background noise
This is a performance-based role, not passive work
Technical Requirements:
Minimum 30 Mbps stable internet
Backup internet or device preferred
Quiet and professional work environment
Comfortable using CRM, phone systems, and scheduling tools
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate + performance incentives
