About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Cold Callers / BDRs who are comfortable working on the phones and maintaining strong daily activity.

You’ll be responsible for executing outbound campaigns using structured systems and proven messaging frameworks, with a clear objective: consistently booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B decision-makers
- Follow call frameworks while adjusting messaging naturally in conversation
- Handle objections and move prospects toward booked meetings
- Keep CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date
- Manage post-booking tasks (confirmations, introductions, etc.)
- Follow up with prospects to increase show rates
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth handoffs
- Share feedback on messaging, targeting, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent pipeline output

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in B2B SDR/BDR roles with a strong emphasis on cold calling
- Proven ability to meet or exceed call and booking targets
- Detail-oriented, especially with CRM management
- Confident communicator who handles objections effectively
- Fast learner when it comes to tools, scripts, and workflows
- Reliable and team-focused
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Comfortable in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Coda, Nooks, or similar

Compensation & Benefits

- USD 1,000 USD monthly base salary
- Uncapped commission per qualified meeting held
- Fully remote setup
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
