We are a young, fast growing general dropshipping company focused on testing and scaling winning products across multiple markets.
We work in different niches within health and wellness and run performance driven ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Our team is small, ambitious and moves fast.
We focus on testing, scaling and results, not fluff.

What You Will Do
Your main job is to create ads that convert (sell).

You will:

- Create short video ads (CapCut, Veed, AI tools)
- Create image ads (Canva)
- Make multiple variations for each product (different hooks and angles)
- Use proven ad formats (before/after, testimonial, problem/solution, hook-based ads)

You also think like a creative strategist:

- Come up with new ad ideas every day
- Research competitors using Ads Library and Afterlib
- Find winning ads and create better versions
- Improve winning creatives by making variations
- Understand why an ad works and repeat that

We test creatives daily, so speed and consistency are very important.

What We Expect From You

- Experience with Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Experience in e-commerce (required)
- You can work independently (no need for constant instructions)
- You take initiative and do not wait for tasks
- You actively search for new ideas and angles
- You can create variations from winning ads
- You understand hooks, pacing and scroll stopping content
- Experience with CapCut, Veed, Canva
- You use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster and better
- Basic Google Sheets skills (to track your work)
- Clear communication and fast response
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset

Working Hours

- Part-time: ~30 hours per week
- Around 5 hours per day
- Remote work
- Flexible hours, but you must be available daily
