JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a speaker management and booking business. You’ll work behind the scenes to help speakers connect with event planners, companies, and associations, driving opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-up.

You’ll manage LinkedIn outreach, email communication, CRM organization, and lead generation tasks. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, has strong written communication skills, and takes pride in accuracy, speed, and reliability.

???? Responsibilities
Conduct targeted LinkedIn research to identify potential leads (event planners, associations, HR leaders, etc.)

Build and maintain email outreach lists with verified contact details

Execute email outreach campaigns and manage follow-up correspondence

Track and update leads in CRM (Copper, HubSpot, Trello, or similar systems)

Support with event research for conferences, associations, and corporate gatherings

Organize inboxes, tag important messages, and maintain communication flow

Assist with calendar management for calls and strategy sessions

Manage speaker booking logistics, including CRM tagging and Talkadot tracking

Help prepare outreach reports and performance summaries

???? Desired Skills
Strong experience with LinkedIn

Familiar with email scraping tools (LeadLeaper, Apollo, ---------- , etc.)

Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) for research or drafting messages

Experience with CRM or project management tools (Copper, Asana, Trello, ---------- )

Excellent written English, grammar, tone, and attention to detail are essential

Comfortable working across time zones with proactive communication

Knowledge of Zoom, Teams, or other webinar/event platforms is a plus

3% commission on contracted bookings, with potential increases in hourly rate and commission rate over time depending on tenure and performance
