DESCRIPTION:
We're a fast-growing Canadian online dealership specializing in professional cleaning equipment. We help entrepreneurs and cleaning businesses across Canada get the right machines to grow their operations — and we're looking for a driven Virtual Assistant to help us close more sales, retain leads, and keep our CRM running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Following up with warm leads and inbound inquiries via phone,
Closing sales conversations by understanding customer needs and recommending the right equipment
Managing and updating our CRM — logging calls, tracking lead stages, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks
Nurturing prospects who didn't buy on first contact through consistent, professional follow-up
Re-engaging cold leads with timely outreach
Coordinating with ownership on pipeline status and flagging high-priority opportunities
Responding to customer questions about products, shipping, warranty, financing, returns, and more
What We're Looking For:
Fluent English — spoken and written, neutral accent required for phone calls
Availability during EST business hours: Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a closing role (cleaning industry experience is a bonus, not required)
Comfortable on the phone — you don't shy away from outbound calls
Experience using a CRM platform
Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable — you follow up without being told twice
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge (we'll train you on our equipment lineup)
Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for calls
Nice to Have:
Experience working with e-commerce or dropshipping stores
Familiarity with Shopify
Background in B2B sales or selling to small business owners
