Experienced Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time. If you have hands-on experience managing Airbnb properties and enjoy taking initiative, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing short-term rental company managing luxury properties in London, UK. Our team is focused on delivering a high-end guest experience, and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us long-term and take ownership of their role.

JOB DETAILS
- Schedule: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
- Salary: $500/month
- Work Setup: Remote

RESPONSIBILITES
- Manage listings and reservations on Airbnb and ----------
- Handle guest communication (inquiries, bookings, issues)
- Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and cleaning schedules
- Work closely with cleaning teams to ensure units are guest-ready
- Coordinate and follow up on repairs and maintenance issues
- Update and manage property data using Guesty
- Maintain and organize data in Google Sheets
- Communicate with the team via Slack and WhatsApp
- Proactively identify and solve issues

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in the short-term rental/Airbnb business
- Must know how to use GUESTY or a similar property Management software
- Strong understanding of hosting on Airbnb and ----------
- Experience coordinating with cleaning teams and ensuring smooth turnovers
- Experience managing and following up on repairs and maintenance issues
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Not a “robot” — we want someone who can think independently
- Takes initiative and solves problems without constant supervision
