## Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor Virtual Assistant to support ongoing content production across multiple platforms. This role focuses on efficient, high-quality editing with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle consistent workloads.

You will be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form content while maintaining brand standards and delivering organized, ready-to-publish assets.

## Key Responsibilities

### Video Editing

* Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
* Edit long-form content (YouTube videos, podcasts, training content)
* Cut mistakes, filler, and unnecessary pauses
* Maintain strong pacing and viewer engagement

### Post-Production

* Perform basic color correction and grading
* Handle audio cleanup and mixing (clear, balanced sound)
* Add captions and visual elements when needed
* Apply light motion graphics and on-screen text

### Content Optimization

* Format videos correctly for each platform
* Maintain consistent editing style and quality
* Deliver clean, polished final exports

### File Management

* Receive and manage batches of footage
* Organize and export all deliverables properly
* Upload and maintain a clean file structure in Google Drive

## Requirements

### Technical Skills

* Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or equivalent software (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
* Solid understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and editing for engagement
* Basic graphic design skills (thumbnails, text overlays, simple visuals)

### Equipment Requirements

* Fast, reliable computer capable of handling video editing efficiently
* High-speed internet for transferring large files
* Access to a large-capacity hard drive or storage system

This role involves working with large batches of footage, so your system must be able to keep up with consistent editing demands.
