Virtual Assistant (Dispatcher)

Hello, I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with delivery calls for an appliance company in the US.

Your tasks/responsibilities will include:

Receiving Delivery calls from drivers
20-40 deliveries
2-3 calls for each delivery
Briefing the driver when he arrives
Notifying ETA through Email or Call
Posting deliveries on chat
Retrieve delivery photos from the driver/delivery team
Posting Delivery Photos on chat
Marking Status on sheet (delivered/ordered)

Notifying scheduled delivery dates
-create a list of scheduled deliveries from sheet, get approval to notify
-Send notification through email, text or call


Service Calls
-Calling or scheduling service repair online
-Confirming the appointment with 3rd party servicers
-Notifying the customer about the schedule
-Receiving calls when tech is on the way
-Tracking status of the repair
