Real Estate Cold Caller & Virtual Assistant

We are a real estate wholesaling company based in Georgia
looking for a hungry, hardworking Virtual Assistant to join
our team full time.

You will be responsible for:
- Cold calling motivated sellers from our lead lists daily
- Running SMS/text blast campaigns through our platform
- Following up with leads consistently via text and call
- Logging all activity and seller info into our CRM
- Managing and organizing lead lists (tax delinquent,
code violations, water shutoffs)
- Notifying me immediately when a seller is warm or
ready to talk

What we're looking for:
- Previous real estate cold calling experience required
- Experience with SMS/text campaigns strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and equipment
- Hungry, motivated, and consistent

company scales.
