I am a senior professional seeking a highly efficient Virtual Assistant to manage my end-to-end job application process. You will act as my career search manager, identifying high-level roles, tailoring my application materials using AI, and submitting applications on my behalf. Time Commitment:
This is a low-volume, high-quality engagement requiring less than 8 hours per week. Hours are highly flexible, making this ideal for an experienced VA looking to add a low-maintenance client to their existing roster.

Your Responsibilities:

Job Sourcing: Scour targeted job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for specific senior-level roles in my target locality.

Filtering: Strictly filter for roles that match my qualifications and meet my specific salary thresholds (details will be provided during onboarding).

Resume Tailoring: Use a Master Resume to create tailored versions for each application. You must successfully map my specific technical experience and executive skills to the unique requirements of each job description.

AI Cover Letters: Utilize AI tools to draft highly concise, professional cover letters that sound human, executive, and directly address the employer's needs.

Application Submission: Manually fill out complex ATS forms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) accurately and entirely as if you were me.

Tracking: Maintain a daily Google Sheet tracking every application, including the URL, date applied, and the tailored resume used.

Requirements:

Exceptional, fluent English reading and writing skills.

High proficiency in AI prompt engineering (you must know how to make AI write naturally and professionally).

Understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and how to optimize resumes to pass through them.

Extreme attention to detail—no typos, no mismatched company names in cover letters.
