Brand Campaign Manager (TikTok & Reels)

About the Role

We are a creator-first marketing team running performance-driven brand campaigns across TikTok and Instagram Reels.

We’re looking for a Brand Campaign Manager to oversee and execute paid creator campaigns for consumer brands from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, trend-aware, and experienced in influencer or creator marketing.

Responsibilities
- Manage influencer and creator campaigns for brands across TikTok and Instagram Reels from launch to completion
- Coordinate with creators, brand partners, and internal tea ---------- mbers to keep campaigns moving efficiently
- Handle campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and posting schedules
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and campaign terms with creators and clients
- Review contracts, campaign agreements, and usage terms
- Source and pitch creators who align with a brand’s target audience, goals, and content style
- Track creator communication, budgets, and deliverables using CRM systems
- Ensure creators follow campaign briefs, brand guidelines, and post on time
- Monitor campaign performance and provide updates to internal teams or clients
- Stay current on platform trends, viral formats, and US pop culture ---------- nts relevant to brand marketing

Requirements
- Prior experience managing influencer marketing, creator campaigns, or brand partnerships
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends, especially within US audiences
- Experience using CRM or campaign management tools
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong written English and clear communication skills
- Access to a MacBook and iPhone
- Available full-time from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (required)

Compensation
- $8 to $11 USD per hour

Full-time role with a minimum 6-month commitment

Schedule
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
