Experienced Social Media Manager & Lead Generation VA (Real Estate – Remote)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in campaigns and lead generation for a real estate business.
This role is not just posting — you must know how to generate leads, follow up, and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
* Create and execute lead generation campaigns (organic + paid ads)
* Generate leads from Zillow, other platforms, and self-created sources
* Build and manage online groups/communities to attract leads
* Advertise new developments, short-term and long-term rentals
* Target and generate clients from different markets (e.g., New York, California, etc.)
* Engage communities and convert audience into leads
* Conduct calls and follow-ups with leads
* Convert inquiries into actual prospects
* Collect and use client reviews/testimonials
* Help build and strengthen the brand in target areas
* Track performance and report results


Requirements (Strict):

* Proven experience in BOTH social media management AND lead generation
* Experience generating leads from platforms AND organic/community strategies
* Experience building and managing online groups (Facebook groups, etc.)
* Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager required)
* Experience in real estate marketing (rentals, developments, or similar)
* Experience using AI tools and avatar content for marketing
* Comfortable making calls and follow-ups with leads
* Ability to attract clients from multiple markets
* Results-driven (must show past campaign or lead generation results)
* Strong English communication skills
* Highly organized and proactive


Work Schedule:
* Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (Miami time)
* Daily Zoo ---------- eting required (camera on)
