Social Media Manager

We’re a growing property management company based in Vancouver, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help elevate our online presence and connect with landlords, tenants, and investors.

If you love real estate, know your way around Instagram, Tik Toc, LinkedIn and Facebook, and can turn ideas into engaging content, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms
Manage day-to-day posting (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Write compelling captions and marketing blurbs
Design simple graphics (Canva or similar)
Monitor messages, comments, and engagement
Track performance and suggest growth strategies
Stay on top of social media trends and real estate content ideas

What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing business social media accounts
Strong writing and communication skills
Eye for design and branding consistency
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later)
Self-starter who can work independently
Bonus: Experience in real estate or property management
