We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining CRM accuracy, and supporting overall pipeline growth.
This is a remote, performance-driven role with clear expectations, structured support, and growth potential.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Associate
At least 2 years of experience in the BPO industry
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospects
Organized, reliable, and able to update CRM records accurately
