Short Term Rental (STR) Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the operational backbone of our business — monitoring guest communications, coordinating property operations, managing listings, and helping source and qualify local vendors. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems without being asked, and genuinely cares about delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage automated guest messaging via HostBuddy AI; intervene when human judgment is needed
* Coordinate property turnovers and cleaning schedules using Breezeway
* Manage and optimize listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and ----------
* Handle maintenance requests and vendor coordination
* Source, interview, and qualify new local contractors and service providers
* Order and track guest supplies; communicate deliveries to cleaning teams
* Create and maintain SOPs and property documentation in Notion
* Respond to guest reviews and support AirCover claims when needed

Requirements
* Fluent in English — written and spoken
* 4+ months experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or customer service
* Strong communicator with a warm, professional tone
* Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
* Comfortable learning new software platforms
* Available Thursday–Monday, full time
* Able to respond to urgent guest issues outside normal hours when needed

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or short-term rental platforms
* Experience with any property management or operations tools
* Background in virtual assistance or remote operations
