ABOUT US
We're a real estate wholesaling company operating nationwide across the US that buys houses directly from motivated sellers. We run targeted marketing campaigns and need someone to manage the inbound leads those campaigns generate.
This is NOT a cold calling role. You'll be calling people who already responded to our marketing saying they want to sell. Your job is to qualify them, document everything properly, and move deals forward.

YOUR ROLE
You're the bridge between our marketing and our closings. When a seller texts back saying "yes, I'm interested," you take over.
You'll call them, ask the right questions, figure out if they're serious, document everything in our CRM, and hand qualified leads to the owner for offers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call 60-100 warm inbound leads per week (people who already responded to our SMS campaigns)
- Qualify each seller by gathering 4 critical data points: Property Condition, Timeline to Sell, Motivation, and Price Expectation
- Document every conversation in GoHighLevel CRM following our written SOP
- Manage follow-up schedules for leads not ready to sell immediately
- Hand fully-qualified sellers to the owner for underwriting and offers
- Goal: Deliver 5-10 qualified leads per week ready for offers

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
Morning: Review your pipeline, call leads from yesterday who didn't answer, follow up on callbacks
Midday: Work through new inbound leads, make qualification calls, update CRM
Afternoon: Schedule follow-ups, document notes, prep tomorrow's call list, report to owner
You manage your own time. We don't micromanage call-by-call. We track results: calls made, leads qualified, pipeline movement, CRM accuracy.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIRED:
? 6+ months of real estate experience (wholesaling, ISA, disposition, acquisitions, property management, real estate sales, or lead management for investors/agents)
? 6+ months of phone-based work (qualifying leads, appointment setting, sales calls, or customer service in real estate context)
? Strong conversational English (you'll be calling US homeowners — accent is fine, clarity matters)
? Comfortable making 60-100 calls per week independently without supervision
? Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your schedule, hit your numbers, follow SOPs without reminders
? Available to work 9 AM - 5 PM US Central Time
? Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
? Experience with CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Podio, REsimpli, Salesforce, or similar
? Familiarity with US real estate investor terminology (ARV, equity, repair estimates, motivated seller psychology, closing timelines)
? Previous work with US-based real estate companies or investors
