Podcast Research Assistant — $3 per hr, 8 hrs/day
We're hiring a researcher to find podcasts from our spreedsheet list.
The work: 400 searches per day. Most take 30 seconds, some up to a minute. You'll be sorting podcasts into tiers based on production quality:
Tier 1: Strong camera quality, solid audio, multiple camera angles
Tier 2: Zoom-style podcasts
Tier 3: Single-camera in-person podcasts
Marking Unknown
Deleting clear audio only or NOT a podcast.
What you get:

A color-code legend to tag each podcast
~4 hours of actual work per day
No time tracking. We don't care when you work or what hours you keep
Pay is based on searches completed each day. Not hours logged
Rate: $3/hour, 8-hour day equivalent paid weekly.
