Email & WhatsApp Marketing Manager (B2B Gaming Industry)

We’re a fast-growing company in the B2B gaming space, looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our outbound communication across Email and WhatsApp/Telegram.

We already have a large database of qualified, opt-in prospects. Your role will be to engage, nurture, and convert these leads into active clients.

Your Role

You’ll plan and execute outbound campaigns across email and messaging platforms, focusing on deliverability, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure high email deliverability (maximize inbox placement, minimize spam)
• Manage and execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, follow-ups)
• Run WhatsApp/Telegram outreach campaigns
• Segment and manage prospect lists for targeted messaging
• Write and optimize high-converting copy
• Monitor performance (open rates, CTR, replies, conversions)
• Continuously test and improve campaigns
• Ensure compliance with opt-in and messaging best practices

Requirements
• 1+ year experience in Email Marketing or WhatsApp/Telegram outbound marketing
• Strong understanding of email deliverability (avoiding spam filters)
• Experience with tools like Mailchimp, GetContact, and mass messaging platforms
• Strong copywriting skills (clear, engaging, conversion-focused)
• Experience with segmentation and campaign optimization
• Ability to analyze data and improve performance
• Experience creating clean HTML email templates
• Fluent English (written communication is essential)
