Etsy Listing Manager & Customer Support (Shopify Expansion Later)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help manage an Etsy store. The main responsibilities will include creating and updating product listings, organizing the store, and handling customer messages.

This role will start with Etsy, with the possibility of expanding to similar tasks on Shopify as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage Etsy product listings
Update titles, descriptions, prices, and variations
Organize products and maintain store consistency
Respond to customer inquiries and messages
Assist with basic store operations

Requirements:

Experience with Etsy (listing or store management)
Good written English for customer communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow instructions and work independently

Nice to Have (not required):

Basic experience with Shopify and Etsy
Experience with product uploads or store management
