Video Editor + Content Creator (Full-Time)

I run a YouTube channel and Instagram page focused on AI and entrepreneurship, and I am looking for a full-time video editor to help grow it.

What you will be doing
Editing 1-2 long-form talking-head YouTube videos per week (10-30 min), polished and retention-focused
Creating and posting short-form content every day (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) repurposed from long-form
Designing and posting engaging Instagram carousels
Managing posting and scheduling, including weekends

What we are looking for
Strong portfolio of talking-head YouTube videos with good retention and pacing
Proven experience with daily short-form content
Familiar with AI tools (this is a must)
Bonus: experience with Claude Code or other coding-adjacent AI tools
Premiere Pro preferred
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
