Mobile App Marketer and Customer Support

We are a Sydney based hi-tech company ( ---------- ) that offers mobile platform to help businesses with engaging and serving customers.

The role:

We are looking for motivated individuals to support online marketing and customer support.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Promote our mobile offerings to small and medium size companies in Australia via phone call and Internet
- Take incoming calls from existing customers and address their needs
- Customer On-boarding
- Occasionally involved in testing new versions of our App(s) and Platform
- Capture feedbacks and feed it back to product and development team

We are looking for people that:
