Virtual Assistant for SaaS and Client Projects

I’m looking for a sharp, thoughtful, self-directed person to work closely with me as I grow a business that is shifting from WordPress services into SaaS products.

This is not a typical VA role.

I’m not hiring because I’m overwhelmed by admin and desperately need someone to clean up chaos. Things are manageable right now.

I’m hiring because I want the right person on my side as we build, refine, and grow products. We are not trying to build a huge team. We are trying to build the right team: small, capable, kind, and good at using AI and smart systems to do more with less.

Right now, part of our work still involves supporting WordPress clients with updates and ongoing tasks. But the bigger shift is toward building and launching SaaS products. I want to spend more of my time building, improving, and shipping. I need someone who can help from the other side, outreach, communication, feedback, follow-up, research, and critical thinking.

I’m looking for someone who can do more than just complete tasks. I want someone who can look at what we’re building, think about what is missing, give honest feedback, notice patterns, and help move things forward.

This role could include:

- Helping with outreach and lead generation, especially on LinkedIn and other channels
- Talking with prospects or customers and helping get products in front of people
- Handling some basic WordPress tasks and updates for current clients
- Looking at products we’re building and giving thoughtful feedback on what works, what doesn’t, and what feels off
- Helping evaluate trends in SaaS, websites, AI, and digital business
- Checking work, following up on projects, and helping make sure things don’t slip
- Helping coordinate freelancers or delegated work when needed
- Being a sounding board for ideas and helping improve direction, positioning, and execution

What I want most is someone who is:

- Smart and analytical

- Comfortable with technology
- Good at noticing what is missing
- Honest enough to give real feedback
- Entrepreneurial and interested in building something
- Willing to grow with us instead of just clocking in and out

You do not need to be an expert in everything. But you do need to be the kind of person who can think, learn, adapt, and contribute.

Base pay to start is modest, but I’m open to performance-based bonuses or revenue share for the right person if they help drive real growth.

This is probably not the right role for someone who only wants clear repetitive tasks and constant direction.

This is a good role for someone who wants to work closely with a founder, help shape real projects, and be part of building something that can grow.
